At Echo Notes Laboratory Perfume, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests only on items that meet the following conditions:

• The perfume is unopened and unused
• The product is in its original packaging and seal is intact
• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used perfumes
• Items without original packaging or with a broken seal
• Gift sets or promotional items

Delivery Charges

Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds will be issued for the product value only.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
