Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information (if applicable)

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the UAE only

We do not offer international shipping at this time

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods

Shipping Charges

A flat-rate delivery fee of [AED X] applies to all orders

Delivery charges are non-refundable, including in cases of approved returns (see our Refund & Return Policy)

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All orders are inspected for quality before dispatch
